Drugs that are controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, such as psilocybin, are harmful and can damage people’s mental and physical health when misused. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/06/2015 answer text <p>The UK and other EU Member States have agreed to establish a military Common Security and Defence Policy operation to disrupt trafficking and smuggling networks in the Mediterranean, which will include migrant flows from Libya.</p><p>To stop the flows across the Mediterranean in the first place, we are engaging with source and transit countries to address the causes why migrants leave their home countries.</p><p>The UK is a member of the Core Group of the Khartoum Process, which will be important in developing collaboration between EU and source/transit countries. The initial focus will be on developing concrete actions to combat people smuggling and trafficking on the Horn of Africa/East Africa migratory route.</p><p>We are also working to bring order and stability in Libya to make it a more and more difficult operating environment for smugglers and traffickers. Our position on EU proposals for compulsory relocation of asylum seekers is clear: it is the wrong response and would simply move the problem around Europe rather than dealing with it at source.</p><p>We are increasing our support and protection for those who need it. The UK Syrian Vulnerable Persons Relocation scheme (VPR) was launched in January 2014, to provide protection – including torture survivors and women and children at risk - who cannot be supported effectively in their region of origin. 187 have been resettled in the UK in just over a year and more arrive each month in the UK. And we have granted asylum to over 4000 Syrians since the start of the humanitarian crisis there. The UK has already settled over 6000 refugees over the past 10 years in direct cooperation with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees under the Gateway programme. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/06/2015 answer text <p /> <p>The Department currently uses a suite of measures to track and manage the timeliness of payments for the range of benefits it administers.</p><p> </p><p>We steadily increased the number of Jobseeker’s Allowance claims processed in 16 days from 85.8% in 2009-10 to 96.0% in 2014-15. We are now aiming to clear Jobseeker’s Allowance claims within 10 days. In 2009-10 we processed 70.8% in 10 days and this increased to 91.4% in 2014-15.</p><p> </p><p>We have also steadily increased the number of Employment and Support Allowance claims processed in 16 days from 72.9% in 2009-10 to 93.6% in 2014-15. We are also aiming to clear Employment and Support Allowance claims within 10 days.
