answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/01/2015 answer text <p>Since the non-domestic RHI scheme was launched in November 2013 there has only been one confirmed case of fraud. This case was identified as suspected fraud by Ofgem in February 2013 during the application review process, i.e. the installation was never accredited to the scheme.
