answer text In situations where callers may claim to represent a particular organisation the ICO can take steps to try and identify the caller, so that enforcement action can be taken against them. Complaints can be registered online with the ICO at: <a href="https://ico.org.uk/concerns/marketing/20" target="_blank">https://ico.org.uk/concerns/marketing/20</a>.
