answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2023 answer text <p>Following the publication of the National Partnership Agreement, the Department and NHS England are working in partnership with multi-agency stakeholders and people with lived experience to develop health and social care guidance which will be published by NHS England and the Department respectively.</p><p>Guidance is also being produced by the National Police Chiefs’ Council and the College of Policing to support police forces to implement the Right Care, Right Person approach.
