answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/01/2023 answer text <p>The provision of school playing fields for sport, as well as for informal and social use, is widely accepted to contribute to the health and fitness of school pupils. This is why playing fields are protected under Section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998. Similarly, under the School Premises Regulations and Independent School Standards, all schools must have suitable outdoor space to enable physical education and for pupils to play outside.</p><p>The Department’s guidance documents, Building Bulletins 103 and 104, provide non-statutory guidelines for the minimum recommended size of playing fields for any school. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/01/2023 answer text <p>The Government is taking steps to ensure large housing developments have access to effective public transport links through the National Planning Policy Framework, which states that significant development should be focused on locations which are or can be made sustainable, through limiting the need to travel and offering a genuine choice of transport modes, which can include public transport links.</p><p>In addition, contributions from developers play an important role in delivering the infrastructure that new homes require.  The Government is reforming the existing system of developer contributions by introducing a new Infrastructure Levy through the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill. The Foreign Secretary and his Ministerial team have raised Mr El-Fattah's case on a number of occasions. Lord (Tariq) Ahmad of Wimbledon, Minister for the Middle East and North Africa, most recently raised Mr El-Fattah's case with the Egyptian Ambassador on 5 December.
