or an individual. This does not include cases that were resolved through Deferred
Prosecution Agreements (DPAs), where the SFO have entered into 12 DPAs since their

2022 to date, the SFO have secured convictions of four individuals as well the conviction
of one corporate. An additional 12 individuals will be standing trial in cases this
