answer text <p>It is not Home Office Policy to publish operational discussions between government departments.</p><p>However, Border Force work closely with HMRC to enforce the Intellectual Property Rights regime through checks and seizures to prevent suspected counterfeit goods from reaching the UK market. Border Force, together with HMRC, liaise closely with rights holders and other law enforcement agencies to maximise targeting opportunities to tackle organised crime and prevent societal harm.</p> more like this
