answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/12/2021 answer text <p>It is not Home Office Policy to publish operational discussions between government departments.</p><p>However, Border Force work closely with HMRC to enforce the Intellectual Property Rights regime through checks and seizures to prevent suspected counterfeit goods from reaching the UK market.
