Member to the answers given to PQs <a href="https://questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-questions/detail/2020-05-11/45274" target="_blank">45274</a> and <a href="https://questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-questions/detail/2020-10-21/907859" target="_blank">907859</a>.</p><p>To help the public comply with the latest guidance, <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/please-give-me-space-social-distancing-cards-or-badges" target="_blank">Please Give Me Space</a> cards and badges were created in collaboration with the RNIB, and are available on gov.uk for download and print for those who are exempt from wearing face coverings. The badge and other assets were shared via Government social media channels, with disability charities, and with relevant enforcers of face covering guidelines to raise awareness, such as the police and public transport firms. COVID-19 guidance is published on gov.uk and amplified via our public information campaign.</p>

answer text <p>An email address and phone number are currently required to book a test. Individuals who do not have an email address can ask someone they trust, for example a family member, to receive their results.</p><p>Individuals who are not comfortable using the digital booking systems, can use 119 in England and Wales and 0300 303 2713 in Scotland and Northern Ireland to book a test.</p><p>As a priority, we are working on a non-digital solution. We expect to update further on this in the coming weeks.</p> more like this
