Twelve areas in England have received over £70 million of transformation funding in 2019/20 and 2020/21 to test new integrated models of primary and community mental health care for adults.</p><p> </p><p>Eight of these sites are implementing innovative service models that will improve access and quality for adults and older adults with eating disorders in line with new national guidance on adult eating disorder care.</p><p> </p><p>For children and young people, we have introduced a waiting time standard with the aim for 95% of children (up to 19 years old) with eating disorders to receive treatment within a week for urgent cases and four weeks for routine cases. This will be through a combination of the additional workforce capacity which is being created within primary care, and the redesign of community services provision to link with and support PCNs. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2020 answer text <p>We are working with partners across Government to ensure offenders receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.</p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service is leading on work to divert people away from the prison system and into community care, and, through its NHS Long Term Plan, it is committed to all people receiving a physical and mental health screen on entry to prison and a follow up appointment within seven days or sooner. The NHS England revised mental health and substance misuse service specifications in 2017 introduced a trauma-informed approach to care which is also reflected in the revised health and justice primary care specification due to be published in the spring. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/01/2020 answer text <p>We are aware of ongoing supply issues with some hormone replacement therapy (HRT) preparations due to a range of issues including manufacturing issues, regulatory issues and problems accessing the raw pharmaceutical ingredient as well as commercial decisions made by some companies to divest these products.</p><p>We have been working closely with all suppliers of HRT preparations to maintain overall supply to patients. We're providing an extra £33.9 billion a year by 2023/24 to grow the amount of planned surgery year on year to reduce the waiting list.</p><p>In the shorter term, the NHS Accountability Framework for 2019-20 outlines how NHS England and NHS Improvement will continue ongoing service development, so that performance is maintained and improved.
