answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2019 answer text <p>The Government values international exchange and collaboration in education and training.</p><p>Under the terms of the Withdrawal Agreement, the UK would continue to take part in current EU programmes, including Erasmus+, for the duration of the transition period. Any participation beyond this would be a matter for upcoming negotiations on our future relationship with the EU. We are aware of reports that armed groups are operating in contravention of the peace agreement, and that the government is taking measures to tackle the problem. We consistently raise these issues with the Colombian Government and in multilateral fora. Most recently, our Permanent Representative to the United Nations raised this issue at the UN Security Council on 11 October.</p><p>President Duque's Government has publicly committed to implementing the Peace Accords of 2016, and we remain steadfast in our support of the Colombian authorities as they seek to ensure sustainable peace in Colombia. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2019 answer text <p>The Department for Transport only has information about the numbers of applications that are submitted online using the gov.uk service. Some local authorities have their own online applications, and most local authorities also offer either a paper-based or another form of assisted application for applicants.</p><p> </p><p>Prior to the launch of the new criteria, an average of around 2,000 applications for a badge were received online via gov.uk by local authorities each day. Monday’s are the busiest day, with around 2,200 submitted applications received prior to the launch of the new criteria on 30 August 2019.</p><p> </p><p>On the day the new criteria launched 9,134 applications were received online, with a further 4,503 applications received on the first Monday. It is important that all parties work to resolve their political differences peacefully and in line with the Spanish legal framework and constitution. The Government has been clear that the situation in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia is a matter for Spain, and that questions related to the issue of independence should be resolved within the proper constitutional and legal channels.
