answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/09/2019 answer text <p>It is the duty of any responsible Government to prepare for every eventuality including the scenario that we leave the EU without agreeing a deal.</p><p>The government continues to engage broadly with communities of all backgrounds and origins to make sure we are aware of any concerns communities may have and provide targeted support.</p><p>The police have tried and tested strategic mobilisation plans for responding to a wide range of emergency scenarios, including widespread disorder. The Yellowhammer Reasonable Worst Case Planning Assumptions are not based on a single forecast of expected prices. Many factors impact electricity prices including factors such as fuel prices, exchange rates and generation mix.</p><p>We expect that any change in electricity prices in Great Britain as a result of changes to interconnector trading arrangements would fall within the normal range of market volatility.</p><p>We assume in this Reasonable Worst Case Planning Assumption that the Single Electricity Market (SEM) shared between Northern Ireland and Ireland may not be able to continue. If this is the case we would expect higher and more volatile electricity prices in Northern Ireland as a result of losing benefits from the more efficient, shared market. For those medicines that cannot be stockpiled because, for example, they have short shelf-lives, such as medical radioisotopes, we have asked suppliers to make alternative arrangements using airfreight. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/10/2019 answer text <p>Veterinary medicines have been recognised by the Government as critical to human and animal welfare and national security.</p><p> </p><p>The majority of veterinary medicines used in the UK (and ingredients and components to make them) are either produced in or enter via the EU. The Government is working with animal health companies who have been carrying out extensive EU Exit contingency planning for all EU Exit scenarios, including no deal, covering all aspects of their supply chains, from regulatory compliance and stocking levels to logistics and customs.
