It is not possible to provide a breakdown under each of the headings requested for the data relating to 2007-14, due to the way it was recorded.</p><p> </p><p>HDC is a robust scheme which allows suitable, risk assessed, prisoners to work towards rehabilitation in the community, while remaining subject to strict monitoring and other conditions.
