	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2019 answer text <p>The Church of England Vision for Education identifies four core themes (wisdom, knowledge and skills; hope and aspiration; community and living well together; dignity and respect) which underpin all of our work in education. School leadership networks will be focusing on serious youth violence as part of these core themes. An education which promotes hope, aspiration and dignity is a vital part of addressing serious youth violence.</p><p>One aspect of this debate relates to the impact of school exclusions on vulnerable young people. Due to small numbers of staff at each of the requested grades, we have grouped these together in our response below.</p><p> </p><p>Including those on temporary promotion at the grades requested, there are 16 members of staff in scope. Of these, only five have input their ethnicity details onto the HR system. In this advice note the IAEP states the following:</p><p> </p><p><em>“The view of the Expert Panel is that the level of risk from unsafe HPL systems is not as high a risk as unsafe systems using ACM Category 3 panels. Therefore, the Expert Panel remains clear that the immediate removal of unsafe systems using ACM Category 3 panels should be an absolute priority of focus for building owners and the sector, followed by immediate action to remediate unsafe HPL systems. Every local authority is required to have an allocation scheme for determining priorities and the procedure to be followed in allocating housing accommodation. Separate figures for crime are not available.
