The drive to improve survival rates through earlier diagnosis, therefore, has meant that demand and activity have been rising for a number of years. This has resulted in more people being referred and diagnosed than ever before.</p><p>Improving diagnosis and ensuring better outcomes for patients diagnosed with cancer is a priority for Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), and County Durham is consistently better in terms of coverage than the national average for all three cancer screening programmes. The Government remains committed to tackling poverty so that we can make a lasting difference to long-term outcomes. There is clear evidence about the importance of work in tackling poverty now and in the future. Households where all adults are in work are around six times less likely to be in relative poverty than adults in a household where nobody works. Should a situation arise for the evaluation of multiple technologies for the same indication within the HST process, the feasibility and suitability of this would be considered at that point. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>The Starting Well programme was established by NHS England to reach out to children not regularly being seen by a dentist in 13 high needs areas. NHS England has advised that there are currently over 200 practices participating in the programme. However, data is not held about the number of children who have benefitted since its launch.</p><p>NHS England has advised that the Starting Well programme board has taken a decision not to publish an interim report but anticipates that the full report will be published by the end of this year.</p><p>NHS England has also developed Starting Well Core, an offer made available to all local dental commissioners in England. The aim is to promote early preventative care for children aged 0-2 as well as increasing dental access and attendance. NHS England has confirmed that as of 31 March 2019, approximately 1,400 NHS England dental practices were participating in Starting Well Core. At-risk patients are targeted by the Public Health England and NHS England marketing campaign, Help Us Help You, which includes television, radio and advertising supported by public relations, digital search and partnership activity. Communications this year will include messages about a wider range of flu vaccines now available which offer better protection. In the United Kingdom, infertility affects one in seven of all couples of child-bearing age. It can cause great psychological distress for those seeking to start a family, if not addressed. There are effective treatments and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) Fertility Guidelines set out clearly how the treatment can be offered in the most clinically and cost-effective way. The Government recognises that there is variation in the commissioning of National Health Service fertility services across England. Patients with infertility have every right to expect NHS services based on clinical need.</p><p>Clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) have a statutory responsibility to commission healthcare services that meet the needs of their whole population, including fertility services.
