The London Area Transport Survey (LATS) was conducted in 2000 and 2001 and covered London and South-East regions. A second wave covering the rest of Great Britain was undertaken during 2004 and 2005. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/08/2019 answer text <p>Delivering the global transition to a low carbon economy will require unprecedented levels of investment from the public and private sectors. The Government is fulfilling our pledge to deliver £5.8 billion between 2015/2016 and 20/21. In addition to investing our own resources, the Government continues to press multilateral organisations to help countries tackle climate change through providing finance. The Multilateral Development Banks have an important role to play, and in the last year the World Bank has set new targets for the proportion of its finance which contributes to low carbon, resilient development. In 2018, 70% of World Bank projects include some climate benefits, up from 37% just two years ago.</p><p>Private finance is crucial, and the Government uses some of its climate finance to unlock investments from the private sector. To date, we estimate that the UK has leveraged £910 million of private investment. CDC and the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) have a key role in crowding in other investors and demonstrating that investment in low carbon, resilient development is possible. Managers are responsible for ensuring that employees are not working excessive hours. If an employee accrues extra hours they may, with the agreement of their manager, take time off. Managers and employees have an obligation to ensure that working patterns are in accordance with the working time regulations.</p><p>The department is committed to the wellbeing of its staff and around 90% of our senior civil servants have received Wellbeing Confident Leader training. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>Our quarterly ‘Apprenticeships and Traineeships’ and monthly ‘Apprenticeships and Levy Statistics’ data releases provide extensive information on the breakdown of apprenticeship starts by level, sector subject area and framework/standard. This is in addition to whether starts are supported by the apprenticeship levy. The most recent quarterly release was published on 11 July 2019 and can be found at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/apprenticeships-and-traineeships-july-2019" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/apprenticeships-and-traineeships-july-2019</a>. This data, in addition to our extensive engagement with employers and sector bodies, informs our picture of emerging demand across the employer-led apprenticeships programme.</p><p> </p><p>We use the ‘Further education: indices of multiple deprivation’ data release to understand the background of apprentices and inform our widening participation policies. This data is broken down by apprenticeship level and benchmarked against data for participation in all further education and skills training. We know that apprentices disproportionately come from more disadvantaged areas: in 2017/18, 24% of participating apprentices came from the most disadvantaged fifth of areas, compared to 15.6% from the least disadvantaged fifth. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>The apprenticeship levy is collected by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) from employers with a pay bill in excess of £3 million per year. HMRC does not collect data which allows levy collection to be broken down by sector.</p><p> </p><p>The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) does not require levy-paying employers to register a sector when they set up an online apprenticeship service account to manage their funds. Therefore, ESFA are unable to supply information on the sectoral distribution of spending on apprenticeships. There are currently no plans to change the registration process to collect this information from employers registering for an apprenticeship service account.</p><p> </p><p>We are working closely with employers in the creative industries, including companies in the screen industry, so they can realise the benefits of apprenticeships. The Department for Digital Culture, Media and Sport is developing an innovative pilot which will enable apprentices to benefit from hands-on experience on the sets of major films and television shows. However, such was the pace of change in the shipbuilding industry that few structures survived. Doxford Gate sits in the path of a new inner ring road which will link the city centre to a new bridge across the River Wear. The site has been considered for statutory protection by listing, but it does not meet the national criteria. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/07/2019 answer text <p>The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme is operated by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) in partnership with local authorities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.</p><p>Food businesses covered by the scheme are provided with stickers showing their rating. Those in Wales and Northern Ireland are already required by law to display the stickers at their premises, while those in England are encouraged to do so.</p><p>The case for extending mandatory display to England is being finalised by the FSA for ministerial consideration and ultimately cross-Government approval.</p><p>For businesses offering online ordering of food, legislation requiring provision of the rating at the point of choice is expected to be introduced in Northern Ireland once the Assembly is back in operation.</p><p>In Wales, the FSA and Welsh Government are working to address a FSA recommendation to the National Assembly for Wales to explore the introduction of a similar requirement for businesses in Wales that use online food ordering platforms.
