The Department does not adopt a compensation policy for any damage caused by construction works as any such responsibility rests with the contractor. In the case of Ealing Fields, the Department is aware that Bowmer and Kirkland has been in regular contact with residents about addressing their concerns.</p><p>When procuring capital projects, the Department applies a comprehensive framework which sets out relevant legislation, British Standards, codes of practice and other requirements that a building contractor is required to comply with when undertaking projects on behalf of the Department. These standards were established in November 2017 when the Department’s most recent construction framework was procured.</p><p>The Department is increasing the number of schools built through modern methods of construction. This method provides the opportunity to reduce site times by up to 50% which would also reduce both disruption to pupils and staff, and the noise and dust associated with onsite construction.</p><p>The Department has built 57 schools using modern methods of construction and this financial year, we plan to open another 21 schools. The department has announced a new procurement framework with a value of up to £3 billion for modern methods of construction solutions in schools. If customers choose not to use this self-upload function, then they have the option to have their documents scanned by the commercial partner at the visa application centre or service point when they attend their appointment. Our 25 Year environment Plan has a goal of increasing tree cover in England from 10% to 12% by 2060. Recently we have funded £5.7 million to kick start the Northern Forest, announced a £10 million Woodland Carbon Guarantee fund, and launched a £10m fund for new trees in our towns and cities through the urban trees challenge fund. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/07/2019 answer text <p>In ‘The future of healthcare: our vision for digital, data and technology in health and care’, my Rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care outlined his ambition that the best technology available is used across the National Health Service, including in community pharmacy. The use of technology can improve the safety and efficiency of our services, and patients experience of them. Therefore, among other things, the NHS is working with the pharmacy community to encourage the use of technology by:</p><p>- Providing the Summary Care Record, which over 95% of community pharmacies are using, supporting the clinical care they provide. NHS Digital is now integrating the Summary Care Record into clinical pharmacy systems to make it quicker and easier for pharmacy teams to access;</p><p>- Optimising the Electronic Prescription Service, which is now used in more than 92% of general practitioner (GP) practices and all community pharmacies. This means electronic prescriptions can be sent safely and securely to pharmacies directly from GP surgeries. We are currently rolling out electronic prescriptions for patients who have not nominated a regular pharmacy, which will be available in all community pharmacies;</p><p>- Piloting a digital system in several community pharmacies which automatically checks whether patients are eligible for free prescriptions, simplifying the process for patients and ensuring that people who are exempt from NHS prescription charges are not charged.
