star this property answer text <p>HMRC does not comment on operational activity.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is determined that everyone who is entitled to the National Minimum Wage (NMW) receives it.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC regularly undertakes targeted NMW enforcement based on the identification of the risk of non-compliance.
