	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/06/2019 answer text <p>We keep anti-social behaviour policy under review through a National Anti-social Behaviour Strategic Board which brings together a range of partners and representatives from key agencies, including the police, local government, and other Government departments, to consider the effectiveness of the powers introduced in the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. We also published refreshed statutory guidance for frontline professionals on the use of these powers on 24 December 2017.</p><p>We are aware of the Victims’ Commissioner’s report on anti-social behaviour, published on 30 April, and which makes several recommendations, including on improvements to the Community Trigger process. The department undertakes a wide range of enforcement action. This action includes application of sanctions against individuals and employers, prosecution of foreign national criminals, the disruption of serious and organised crime as well as our work to encourage and enforce the return of those who have no legal right to stay in the UK. The department does publish information on returns. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/06/2019 answer text <p>Whilst the Home Office does not keep overall data relating to delays in the issuing of Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs), it does closely monitor the service level agreements (SLAs) with partners relating to the successful production and delivery of BRPs. The Home Office is also able, on a case by case basis, to check whether and how quickly a BRP was produced and delivered.</p><p>Where the Home Office is made aware of a problem with BRP production, collection or delivery, the department aims to respond within 5 working days. Production problems are also closely monitored within the department and resolved urgently in order that an applicant receives their BRP within 10 working days of their decision being made.</p><p>In relation to BRP production the DVLA, who produce the BRPs, have an SLA to personalise 90% of BRPs within one working day of receipt and the remaining 10% within two working days of receipt.</p><p>The delivery partner, DX, is required to collect BRPs from the DVLA daily, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and then attempt first delivery within 48 hours of receipt (working days only) in 99% of cases.</p><p>DVLA and DX both met these SLAs for 2018/19 and continue to do so.</p> answering member constituency Romsey and Southampton North answering member printed Caroline Nokes question first answered 04/06/2019 11:49:19 answering member 4048 label Biography information for Caroline Nokes

	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/06/2019 answer text <p>We are committed to becoming a world leader in 5G, and for the majority of the population to have access to a 5G signal by 2027. Following the Future Telecoms Infrastructure Review which sets out the Government’s national, long-term strategy for delivering world leading telecoms infrastructure across the UK, the Government is working to create the right conditions for the deployment of 5G.</p><p> </p><p>Ministers have regular discussions with Mobile Network Operators on a full range of subjects relating to mobile coverage and future digital infrastructure development, including 5G. Specific issues relating to health concerns and the natural environment are the responsibility of DHSC/Public Health England (PHE) and DEFRA respectively.</p><p> </p><p>A considerable amount of research has been carried out on radio waves and we anticipate no negative effects on public health.</p><p>PHE’s Centre for Radiation, Chemical and Environmental Hazards (CRCE) takes the lead on public health matters associated with radiofrequency electromagnetic fields, or radio waves, used in telecommunications.</p><p>Central to PHE advice is that exposures to radio waves should comply with the guidelines published by the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP).
