The Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline sets out the process and principles underpinning funding of enhancements to the railway.</p><p> </p><p>Subject a satisfactory business case, and the agreement of acceptable terms with the Heathrow aviation industry, funding would be made available to take the project forward to the ‘Design’ gateway. HMG has not been provided with copies of the RNLI’s evidence which remains their intellectual property.</p><p> </p><p>The RNLI has also advised HMG of their continuous coastal safety reviews which they carry out to evaluate their own assets on a five-yearly basis. The IEP train also has a flexible design that allows changes to the catering provision in response to future requirements.
