The UK is clear that the best way to avoid abortion is through giving women information and contraception, so they can decide whether, when and how many children to have. Therefore, the primary aim and vast majority of our investment in reproductive health is to increase uptake of voluntary family planning, which helps reduce demand for abortion.</p><p> </p><p>The UK funds the International Planned Parenthood Federation to work in developing countries, rather than the Planned Parenthood Federation of America which founded, but is now separate from, the Guttmacher Institute. With over 250 agencies participating in the Scheme, it would take disproportionate time and resource to provide a detailed breakdown of these individual payments.</p><p>The amounts recovered in respect of confiscation orders, together with amounts paid from this amount in compensation is provided in the attached table. This information was taken from the live database, JARD (Joint Asset Recovery Database) on 9 May 2019.</p><p>There are no immediate plans for changing the distribution allocations in the ARIS, but the Government keeps it under review. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>The implementation of the agreed management strategy at Dalgety Bay involves the removal of radium sources; the reinforcement, replacement and extension of coastal armour stone and the construction of a replacement slipway at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club.</p><p>It is not possible at this time to determine the amount of disruption that may be caused by the work at Dalgety Bay as this has only recently gone to tender. Once a contractor has been appointed, a construction plan will be developed by them in consultation with the local council to minimise disruption.</p><p>Works on site will only be permitted between 1 April and 30 September each year. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>The coast-bound carriageway between junctions 8 and 9 of the M20 is currently operating as a three-lane motorway while the Operation Brock contraflow system is not active on this part of the motorway. The London-bound carriageway has two running lanes, operating with a 50mph speed limit.</p><p> </p><p>The metal barrier that is currently in place on the London-bound carriageway between junctions 8 and 9 of the M20 will remain under regular review over the coming months but is unlikely to be removed before the end of October. This is to allow for the option of deploying the contraflow at short notice during times of cross-Channel disruption, caused by bad weather or industrial action, for example.</p><p> </p><p>Highways England are responsible for operational decisions regarding the strategic road network in England, which includes the M20 in Kent. In England, we want to ensure that pupils benefit from reformed GCSEs, which are the gold standard qualification at 16. The new GCSEs are better at equipping young people with the literacy and numeracy required for further study and employment.</p><p> </p><p>Students in England who leave school without a GCSE grade 4/C or above in English and maths have to continue studying these subjects.</p><p> </p><p>Post-16 students with prior attainment of a GCSE grade 2 or below have a choice of which qualification to study including GCSEs and functional skills qualifications.
