	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/05/2019 answer text <p>Cabinet Office are taking the issue of Bullying and Harassment seriously, and have developed a Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination Action plan to reduce the incidence of these behaviours within the Cabinet Office.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Cabinet Office does not hold central records covering all cases of Bullying and Harassment. Bullying or harassment is not tolerated at BEIS. BEIS is taking active steps where needed to address any issues, and is one of the best performing departments in government with regards to creating an inclusive culture, as highlighted by the cross-civil service people survey results.</p><p>Below are the figures for the number of bullying and/or harassment cases recorded against members of BEIS staff where advice and guidance was sought from our HR Casework Services team. Individual landowners, including local authorities, are responsible for the care and management of ash trees on their land. The cost of ash dieback will differ between local authorities, depending on the prevalence of ash trees and the concentration of those trees that are affected by the disease. Council budgets for the care and management of trees on their land are determined by individual local authorities.</p><p> </p><p>Defra funds work on horizon scanning, border biosecurity, disease surveillance, contingency planning and research as part of an extensive programme of work on plant health. As such, we do not hold any data from before this time.</p><p> </p><p>Bullying and harassment is taken very seriously in DIT and is a central part of DIT’s Fair Treatment at Work Policy, which is available to all staff through our internal intranet.
