RAAs aim to deliver a regional adoption system where sufficient high-quality adoption services are available nationwide for all adopted children and their families.</p><p>Following the launch of a RAA it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure that high quality adoption support is available within their region. This will be driven by local need and developed through learning from best practice across the regionalised system. The attached research report, ‘Beyond the adoption order’, was published in 2014 and gave a one-off insight into adoption disruption. It can be found at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/beyond-the-adoption-order-challenges-intervention-disruption" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/beyond-the-adoption-order-challenges-intervention-disruption</a>.</p><p>Some information is collected on children who return to care and who are reported as having previously been adopted. This is published in table C1 (attached) in the statistical release ‘Children looked after in England including adoption: 2017 to 2018’. It can be found at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/children-looked-after-in-england-including-adoption-2017-to-2018" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/children-looked-after-in-england-including-adoption-2017-to-2018</a>. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/04/2019 answer text <p>In the ‘Health and Harmony: the future for food, farming and the environment in a Green Brexit’ consultation, which ran from February to May 2018, we asked ‘what are the main barriers to new capital investment that can boost profitability and improve animal and plant health on-farm?’ Over 3,000 responses were submitted to this question, and the most frequently selected option (77% of respondents) selected ‘uncertainty about the future and where to target new investment’.</p><p> </p><p>The UK Government <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/news/funding-from-eu-programmes-guaranteed-until-the-end-of-2020" target="_blank">has guaranteed</a> that any Rural Development Programme projects where funding has been agreed before the end of 2020 will be funded for their full lifetime. This applies in both a negotiated and a no-deal scenario. It will ensure continued funding for these projects until they finish and means that Defra and the devolved administrations can continue to sign new projects after the UK leaves the EU during 2019 and 2020. The Government has also committed to provide the same total level of funding for farm support in cash terms until the end of this parliament, expected in 2022.</p><p> </p><p>The Countryside Stewardship scheme is open for applications for both multi-annual agreements starting on 1 January 2020 and capital works, such as for water quality and hedgerows and boundaries. This is a matter for the equipment and component suppliers, and the lead contractors.</p><p>In both cases, the Aircraft Carrier Alliance whose membership consists of BAE Systems, Babcock and Thales UK, and the lead contractor for the Type 26 Frigate programme, BAE Systems, have selected the majority of sub-contractors for the programmes through competition. UK suppliers have had an equal opportunity to bid for work on the two programmes, with selections based on price and the ability of suppliers to meet schedule and performance requirements.</p><p>The majority of the structural steel for the Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carrier programme was supplied by Tata UK and the programme as a whole sustained thousands of jobs throughout the UK supply chain. On the Type 26 programme to date, 64 sub-contracts have been awarded to UK based companies including the gas turbines (Rolls Royce), propulsion system (General Electric) and gearboxes (David Brown Gear Systems) and air weapons handling system (Babcock). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/05/2019 answer text <p>The Government welcomes the One Too Many campaign for the contribution it makes in raising public awareness of a zero-tolerance approach to passengers who get drunk and act in a disruptive way.</p><p>The participation of many airports, airline and airside licensed premises in the One Too Many campaign is positive. It forms part of wider efforts by the aviation industry, such as a Code of Practice on Drunk and Disorderly Passengers and improved staff training, to tackle this rare but unacceptable behaviour.</p><p>Prompted by concerns about such behaviour, the Government published a Call for Evidence on airside alcohol licensing at international airports in England and Wales last November. The Government is committed to banning the third party sale of puppies and kittens in England and the necessary secondary legislation will be laid before Parliament later in this session.</p><p> </p><p>We recognise the concern that some unscrupulous breeders may consider setting up as rescue and rehoming centres, and we will provide guidance to local authorities to help them distinguish between genuine rescue and rehoming centres and other commercial operations.</p><p> </p><p>In parallel we are working with stakeholders to understand the impact any licensing scheme would have on the sector.
