This included an estimated environmental cost of £1.86-£1.88 per tonne of waste on illegal waste sites.</p><p> </p><p><a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/waste-crime-interventions-and-evaluation" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/publications/waste-crime-interventions-and-evaluation</a></p><p> </p><p>Additionally, Rethinking Waste Crime, published by the Environmental Services Association in 2017, estimated the economic impact of waste crime in England at over £600 million. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/04/2019 answer text <p>HS2 Ltd is currently identifying the works that may be required to accommodate HS2 services on the Conventional Rail Network from 2033. The initial assessment of areas where HS2 Ltd may need to undertake work is set out in the WDES, and work is ongoing to confirm which works will be needed.
