The UK’s condemnation of the killing of Jamal Khashoggi has been made clear to the Saudi authorities at the highest levels. 2018 was the deadliest year for journalists, with 99 killed, 348 detained and 60 taken hostage by non-state groups. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/04/2019 answer text <p>As at 10th April 2019, a total of 100 appeals relating specifically to the company Home Energy &amp; Lifestyle Management Ltd (HELMS) have been referred to my rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State. One of these cases has been finalised (and is not subject to further appeal). The Secretary of State has issued Intention Notices in respect of four further HELMS cases. These are subject to representations from interested parties prior to a final decision.
