unstar this property answer text <p>The government pays universities directly in respect of the tuition fee loans which are approved for eligible students each year. Students are then legally obliged to repay any tuition fee loans in accordance with the contract they sign when taking out the loan. The Office for National Statistics classifies the money provided by the government to cover tuition fees as a debt for the purposes of the public finances. unstar this property answer text <p>I chair the National Retail Crime Steering Group (NRCSG) which brings together partners including the police, trade bodies and retailers and is overseeing a range of work to tackle retail crime. This includes the collation and dissemination of good practice and developing guidance on the use of Impact Statements for Business, which give victims of business crime the opportunity to set out the impact the crime has had on the business, including, for example, financial loss. The NRCSG also continues to work with retailers to improve the management and response to shop theft using a partnership approach.</p> more like this

Clauses 1-4 of the Bill, relating to the sale and delivery of corrosive products to persons under 18 and the delivery of corrosive products to residential premises, are covered by separate commencement provisions in the Bill in respect of Northern Ireland as these are devolved matters.</p><p>Clauses 1-4 of the Bill will therefore be commenced by the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland and associated regulations relating to these Clauses will not be commenced without Northern Ireland assembly approval.</p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>The Home Office does not hold this information.</p><p><br>The NCA Missing Persons Unit publishes annual statistical data on police reported missing incidents. The most recent report was published in December 2017 and covered the 20015/16 reporting year. Data from 37 police forces showed there had been 43,564 incidents of children missing from care. Of these police forces, 34 returned data on missing individuals, relating to 10,681 individual children go missing. This data is not broken down further to types of accommodation.</p><p><br>The Department for Education publishes annual data from local authorities relating to children looked after in England, which includes data on incidents of children missing or away from placement without authorisation. <br>Both reports are available online.</p> more like this
