It should be noted that more procedures are carried out than episodes with a main or secondary procedure. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/04/2019 answer text <p>None of the vaccines currently recommended for use as part of the United Kingdom routine immunisation programme contains the preservative thiomersal.</p><p>The safety of thiomersal-containing vaccines has been extensively evaluated in studies which have found no evidence to suggest thiomersal is associated with any serious or long-term risks. Such studies have mostly been in young children. The most recent assessment in the <em>Weekly epidemiological record</em> was undertaken by the World Health Organization in 2012, which advised that the available evidence strongly supports the safety of the use of thiomersal in vaccines where required. The British people overwhelmingly reject the prejudiced rhetoric of the far right, which is the antithesis of the values that this country represents: decency, tolerance and respect.</p><p>Through CONTEST and the Counter-Extremism Strategy, we’re dealing with the threat of right-wing terrorism and the wider harms caused by the far right, including community tensions, hate crime and public order issues. This is about keeping our communities safe and secure. We have also been discussing the risk posed by right wing terrorism with our international partners.</p><p>The Government proscribed National Action as a terrorist organisation in December 2016. We’ve also proscribed Scottish Dawn and NS131 as aliases of National Action.</p><p>“Terrorism” is defined in Section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2000. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/04/2019 answer text <p>Medicines supply problems can occur for a number of reasons due to manufacturing difficulties, regulatory problems and problems with the supply of raw materials, or from issues which are related to the distribution of the product. The manufacture of medicines is complex and highly regulated, and materials and processes must meet rigorous safety and quality standards, so difficulties can arise for various reasons.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is responsible for the security of supply of medicines and ensuring continued access to medicines for all patients is a key priority. There is a team within the Department, which deals specifically with medicine supply issues arising both in the community and hospitals and receives regular information from the pharmaceutical industry about impending medicine supply issues.
