We know there have been incidents at mosques following the New Zealand attacks, and we are aware of anxieties within communities around safety and security at places of worship.</p><p><br>The police continue to protect places of worship as part of their core priorities, and following the recent attacks on mosques, these patrols have been increased to provide enhanced safety and reassurance to all places of worship.</p><p><br>We recently announced an increase in funding for the Places of Worship Protective Security Fund to £1.6 million for 2019-20. This is double the amount awarded last year. This is the fourth year of the scheme, with just under 50 mosques granted funded over the first three years. In addition, we have committed £5 million over three years for the provision of security training to places of worship. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/04/2019 answer text <p>The Government is committed to the safe and effective regulation of medicines in the United Kingdom; we continue to strengthen safety while ensuring patients and the public have fast access to new, innovative medicines.</p><p> </p><p>On 7 March 2019, Parliament voted to agree legislation that would, in the event the UK left the European Union without a deal, amend the UK’s regulatory framework for the safe supply of medicines to the UK.</p><p> </p><p>This legislation would see the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency take on the functions currently undertaken by the EU and operate as a standalone regulator for human medicines on the UK market. However, as a responsible Government we must plan for every possible outcome including ‘no deal’. The Department has published guidance to industry and the health and care system to allow them to make informed plans and preparations. Both incorporate the mental health standards in ‘Thriving at Work – a review of mental health and employers’ produced by Mind.</p><p> </p><p>The Workforce Implementation Plan, announced in the NHS Long Term Plan, is prioritising recommendations from Health Education England’s ‘NHS Staff and Learners Mental Wellbeing Commission’ report which should give junior doctors access to board level Well Being Guardians, personal wellbeing supervisors and ‘safe spaces’ for reflection, learning and breaks complementing work with the Care Quality Commission and NHS Improvement to ensure junior doctors have high quality supportive supervision and are not asked to work excessive hours. There is a power in Part 3 of Schedule 1 that will enable the Government to add sectors to that schedule via secondary legislation. The list of sectors and the regulation-making power (including the power to add sectors to the list) are reproduced for Northern Ireland at paragraphs 15 and 16 of Schedule 4 of the Bill.</p><p> </p><p>In England, the power to add sectors will be exercised if, following public consultation with interested stakeholders, a decision is made to introduce a new marketing standard. As agricultural policy in the UK is devolved, it is for each administration to decide its approach and what measures it should adopt.
