<p>Applications for leave to remain under the five-year partner route are made on form FLR(M), which is available on GOV.UK. We continue to keep family application forms under review and will make adjustments in light of feedback on their operation and impact. On 13 December 2018, the current form was revised, which included launching an online version and withdrawing the paper form.</p>
