This in turn facilitates the increase of trade, providing benefits for governments, consumers and producers in these Commonwealth countries. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/02/2019 answer text <p>Tackling tax evasion is a priority for DFID as part of our Transparency Agenda, Addis Tax Initiative commitments and the UK Anti-Corruption Strategy.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Since 2013 DFID has supported the Global Forum for the Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes through its International Tax Transparency Programme. The Global Forum helps countries tackle tax evasion by strengthening global tax transparency and international cooperation. Although many factors impact on revenue growth, so forecasts are not available, past DFID tax programmes have proved to be great value for money. This includes defining the policy on the classification of UK airspace and how this is implemented.</p><p> </p><p>The Government continues to keep under review how airspace is managed and a key policy objective is to ensure that the UK has the minimum volume of controlled airspace consistent with safe and efficient air traffic operations. This issue is being considered as part of the Aviation Strategy green paper, which is currently out for consultation. The Department agreed a transitional period with industry until 1 September 2019 to reflect the new guidelines.</p><p> </p><p>The Food Standards Agency issued a note on the 7 September 2017 to Heads of Environmental Health Service and Directors of Trading Standards Services that no action is taken before the 1 September 2019 against manufacturers or retailers who continue to provide previous CMO advice as voluntary information on pre-packaged alcoholic beverages. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/02/2019 answer text <p>The delivery of the animals in science regulatory framework will continue with the same standards of oversight, rigour and scrutiny following the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union.</p><p>The Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 do not alter the requirement for the UK to publish annual statistics on the use of animals in science.</p><p>The Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 regulations do not alter either the Guidance on the Operation of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act, which sets out its administration and enforcement, nor the published Code of Practice on the housing and care requirements for animals used in science.
