This in turn facilitates the increase of trade, providing benefits for governments, consumers and producers in these Commonwealth countries. The Global Forum helps countries tackle tax evasion by strengthening global tax transparency and international cooperation. We intend that information currently made available through our CAP Payments Search pages will continue to be published after the UK leaves the EU. This will apply in relation to payments made in England under the legacy CAP schemes, using retained CAP legislation, until the planned end of our agricultural transition period in 2027, or until the legacy schemes have ended, if earlier.</p><p> </p><p>Clause 2 of the Agriculture Bill contains powers to enable information to be published in relation to the new system of payments that will replace CAP schemes. This includes information on who receives payments and for what purpose. The exact nature of that information will be determined during the design process and in close discussion with stakeholders and across government. British scientists are participating in scientific expeditions to the Weddell Sea during this Antarctic season, and in a series of international scientific workshops and meetings, to further develop the scientific case for the MPA proposal. Standards describe full occupational competence, as agreed by employers, and must include a rigorous and independent end-point assessment.</p><p>In the construction sector, 66 standards have already been approved for delivery and a further 33 are in development by trailblazer groups comprising employers of all sizes.</p><p>The move to standards, together with the minimum 20% off-the-job training rule, has already contributed to a 25% rise in expected apprenticeship training hours. The government has committed to all apprenticeship starts being on standards by the end of the 2019-20 academic year. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/02/2019 answer text <p>Approximately 40 individuals have been prosecuted on their return from Syria, either because of offences committed overseas or for activity linked to their involvement in conflict overseas. The offences cover TACT offences and non-TACT offences, but are only included if they were the result of investigations into terrorist-related activity. Not all of the convictions relate to activity in Syria or even TACT offences. All 40 were found guilty of the offences they were charged with.</p><p>We do not comment on specific operational matters in order to protect our national security so as not to reveal operational tactics. It would therefore be inappropriate to break down these figures further or to release information about the specific cases involved.</p><p>Please note that the safety and security of our country, our people and our communities remains the Government’s number one priority.</p><p>Around 900 people of national security concern travelled from the UK to engage in the conflict in Syria and Iraq. Of these, approximately 20% have been killed while overseas, and around 40% have returned to the UK.</p><p>The majority of those who have returned, did so in the earlier stages of the conflict, and were investigated on their return. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/03/2019 answer text <p>In line with the statutory guidance for the Autism Act 2009, local authorities and National Health Service organisations in England should ensure that those working in health and social care receive not only general autism awareness training but different levels of specialist training relevant to their roles, where this is needed to fulfil their responsibilities.</p><p>Health Education England is leading the development of an Autism Core Competency Education and Training Framework. The Framework, which is expected to be completed by summer 2019, will set out the different levels of skills and competencies needed to meet the specific needs of autistic people. We expect the Framework to be used by local NHS and social care organisations to inform the content of training and determine the appropriate level of training needed by their staff in autism awareness.</p><p>We are also currently consulting on proposals for mandatory learning disability and autism training for health and care staff. The proposals under consideration will ensure that staff working in health and social care have the right training to understand the needs of people with a learning disability and autistic people and the skills to provide the most effective care and support.</p><p>The consultation ends on the 12 April.
