answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/02/2019 answer text <p>The Government is working to take forward the mandate from Parliament to seek legally binding changes to the Withdrawal Agreement negotiated with the EU. When these changes have been finalised, the Government will seek parliamentary approval of the Agreement. Once the Withdrawal Agreement is approved, the terms of the UK’s participation in EU agencies and programmes during the Implementation Period, will be as set out in Article 128 of the Withdrawal Agreement. Work will also commence to discuss and shape our future relationship with the EU, which will build on the content of the Political Declaration.
