<p>The cleaning, security and reception services for the Ministry of Justice’s buildings are outsourced under a facilities management contract and individuals’ pay is a matter for their employer. The Ministry of Justice requires all its contractors to meet their statutory obligations on pay and terms and conditions, including paying the National Living Wage.</p>
