	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/01/2019 answer text <p><del class="ministerial">The House of Commons Commission has agreed a number of actions to promote responsible alcohol consumption on the Parliamentary Estate.</del> <ins class="ministerial">On 19 March 2018, the House of Commons Commission endorsed the recommendations of the Administration Committee to help to promote responsible drinking in Commons catering venues. The Commission also agreed to return to this matter on a six-monthly basis. The Commission did so on 29 October 2018, also giving due weight to the reference to access to alcohol within the Dame Laura Cox report on bullying and harassment. If claimants cannot make or manage their claim on-line, they can receive face to face support through their local jobcentre or assistance through our Freephone telephone number. As set out in this DSO the medical record is a confidential document and is the property of the detainee.</p><p>In the case of an unescorted removal, the medical record is handed over to the detainee at the point of boarding the aircraft. During an escorted removal, the escort staff will hold the record until the end of the escort, when it is given over to the detainee before they are received by their own authorities. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/01/2019 answer text <p>On 7-8 November the Home Secretary co-hosted a Hackathon with Microsoft, at which leading companies worked to develop a prototype tool to detect online grooming to be provided licence-free to small and medium companies worldwide. The Home Secretary also visited US-based social networks and other technology companies to urge them to promote the use of the new prototype and to encourage further action to tackle sexual abuse of children online.</p><p>Some progress has already been made, including the adoption of tools to identify new child abuse imagery, publication of new transparency data capturing action on CSEA. However, the sharing of child abuse imagery, online grooming and livestreaming of abuse remain prevalent and there is more to be done. We will set out plans for tackling online harms, including Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, in the forthcoming Online Harms White Paper. The most recent update was published on 17 December 2018 and Annex A provides a Financial Overview of the Windrush Initiative up to and including Period 7 of the Financial Year 2018/19.</p><p>Data would only be accurate at the time it was generated, with any answer potentially being inaccurate at the time of release.
