answer text <p>Applications for development in Royal Parks and World Heritage Sites must be decided on the basis of relevant development plan policies and take into account any other material considerations, including national planning policy. The latter identifies World Heritage Sites as heritage assets of the highest significance and sets out general considerations relating to open space.
