We believe that encouraging patients to use the NHS sensibly and responsibly is the right approach and we are supportive of local schemes to highlight the number of missed appointments to their patients. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2018 answer text <p>During the time-limited implementation period, common rules will remain in place with EU law continuing to apply in the UK subject to the terms set out in the Withdrawal Agreement.</p><p>After the implementation period, all laws in the UK will be passed by our elected representatives in Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh and London. The Political Declaration recognises that the UK may choose to align with the EU’s rules in relevant areas to facilitate trade in goods or security cooperation.</p><p>Were the backstop to come into effect, a small fraction of EU rules applying today would apply in Northern Ireland and EU rules on state aid would apply in the UK. There is not a combined group of fireworks offences, but there are some individual detailed offences that relate specifically to fireworks for which data is available. For example, ‘Possessing fireworks etc. in, or when entering, a designated sports ground’ and ‘Throwing or firing any fireworks in or into a street’. The advice reported that to date, society lotteries have not had a statistically significant effect on National Lottery sales. The consultation closed on 7 September and we received over 1,600 responses. I am now carefully considering all of the views and evidence. This includes people with diabetes.</p><p> </p><p>The NHS has been asked to set out a long term plan for the future of the NHS, setting out ambitions for improvement over the next decade, and plans to meet them over the five years of the funding settlement.
