answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2018 answer text <p>Saudi Arabia remains a Foreign and Commonwealth Office human rights priority country, particularly because of the use of the death penalty, women's rights and restrictions on freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and freedom of religion and belief. We raise our concerns with the Saudi Arabian authorities using a range of ministerial and diplomatic channels of communication, including our Ambassador, the Embassy team and the European Union in Riyadh. A major component of Saudi Arabia’s V2030 is educational reform. As the Saudi Minister of Education recently commented this will take a number of years. In March we signed an MOU that will enable a partnership in developing educational curricula. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2018 answer text <p>The UK supports the peace process in Burma through the Joint Peace Fund and the Joint Monitoring Committee.</p><p> </p><p>The UK has provided GBP £5.4 million to the Joint Peace Fund (JPF) since 2015. The JPF is funded by 11 international donors and supports all parties to the peace process on peacebuilding measures such as dialogue and negotiation. Of the £5.4m provided by the UK, £283,000 has been provided to the government of Burma. The UK has also provided £136,000 to the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). WHSmith already operate 135 Post Office branches and the vast majority of branches, around 98% of the 11,500-branch network, are already operated by third parties on a franchise or agency basis.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy has not received any representations on the franchising of the Post Office in Central Clacton-on-Sea. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/12/2018 answer text <p>The Government is clear that forced marriage is a terrible form of abuse and that we will not allow political or cultural sensitivities to get in the way of tackling it.</p><p> </p><p>However, the purpose of Part II of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 is to set out how the Court orders financial provision on the legal ending of marriage.</p><p> </p><p>Since forced marriage was made a criminal offence in England and Wales in 2014, the Government has continued to introduce measures to protect victims, including lifelong anonymity in 2017. Last month, the Home Secretary launched a consultation to seek views on whether it is necessary to introduce a new legal mandatory reporting duty relating to cases of forced marriage. Government departments should aim to provide a substantive response to routine correspondence within a maximum of 20 working days. However, sometimes circumstances dictate that it will not be possible to provide a response within this timeframe. In such instances, departments are advised to issue a ‘holding’ response until a more substantive response can be provided.</p><p>The Cabinet Office publishes an annual report detailing departmental performance in the handling of correspondence from members of both Houses. Lord Young of Cookham set out the 2017 performance figures in a Written Statement on 26 June 2018 (HLWS771). The Government has been clear that prevention of ill-health is one of the six principles it expects to underpin the long-term plan.</p><p>Community pharmacies have an important contribution to make in preventing ill health and supporting self-care. The Government is already encouraging local pharmacies to play a more significant role in helping people stay well in the community and in keeping pressure off general practitioners and secondary care. We want to encourage people to use pharmacies more and think ‘pharmacy first’, as advocated by our Help Us Help You campaign.
