Additionally, employers have a common law duty to take reasonable care for their employees.</p><p> </p><p>While the HSAW only applies to those working in the UK, there is an expectation that employers consider HSAW aspects of employees working overseas. However, the site will return to the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority in due course and we will consider options for its future.
