	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>The Withdrawal Agreement provides that reciprocal healthcare should continue until the end of the Implementation Period (until 31 December 2020) and provides longer-term rights for people covered by the Withdrawal Agreement.</p><p> </p><p>The United Kingdom Government remains focused on securing a broader agreement with the European Union on reciprocal healthcare rights as part of the UK’s future relationship with the EU. It has made clear in the White Paper of July 2018, ‘The Future Relationship Between The United Kingdom and the European Union’, that it is seeking agreement on reciprocal healthcare cover for state pensioners retiring to the EU or the UK, continued participation in the European Health Insurance Card scheme and cooperation on planned medical treatment.</p><p> </p><p>On Friday 26 October, the Government introduced The Healthcare (International Arrangements) Bill which will provide the Government with the powers that are needed to fund and effectively implement arrangements for UK nationals to obtain healthcare abroad after the UK exits the EU.</p> answering member constituency North East Cambridgeshire answering member printed Stephen Barclay question first answered 13/11/2018 11:54:41 answering member 4095 label Biography information for Steve Barclay

	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/11/2018 answer text <p>We remain committed to maintaining participation of the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) and ensuring that UK businesses can continue to access government procurement opportunities overseas.</p><p> </p><p>The UK market access offer, which is in line with our current rights and obligations in the GPA, was circulated formally to WTO GPA parties in June and discussed at the GPA Committee meetings on 27 June and 17 October. The Electoral Commission has published reports on its investigations into Vote Leave, BeLeave and Leave.EU, and transferred those cases to other organisations independent of government to investigate.
