	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>As stated in the answer to Question <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2018-10-09/177314/" target="_blank">177314</a>, work is already underway to accelerate the roll-out of electronic prescribing and medicines administration systems across the National Health Service in England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>The Department works with NHS Improvement, NHS England, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Public Health England, and the Medication Safety Officer Network to improve the safety of medicine use across the National Health Service in England.</p><p> </p><p>The Medication Safety Programme, covering the NHS in England, has been established to take up the World Health Organization’s (WHO) global challenge to reduce the incidence of severe and avoidable harm in relation to medication globally by 50% over five years. Prevalence and Economic Burden of Medication Errors in the NHS in England was published in February 2018.</p><p> </p><p>This study estimated a range of costs to the NHS depending on which costs are included in the analysis. The range is from a baseline of £98.5 million per annum. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2018 answer text <p>As set out in the White Paper the UK proposes a UK-EU free trade area for goods, to ensure continued frictionless access at the border to each other’s markets, with no tariffs, underpinned by an upfront commitment to a common rulebook on goods, including agri-food and a Facilitated Customs Arrangement to avoid customs checks and controls at our borders.</p><p>However, in the unlikely event of a no deal scenario, trade with the EU will be on non-preferential, WTO terms. This means that most favoured nation (MFN) tariffs would apply to consignments between the UK and EU.</p><p>The EU MFN rates are set out in the EU's Common Customs Tariff (CCT). The EU may change these rates between now and March 2019, but this provides an indication.</p><p>The UK will apply its MFN rates to goods imported into the UK from the EU. The government will determine and publish these new UK duty rates before we leave the EU. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>Last year the Government’s Clean Growth Strategy, which supports the Industrial Strategy, announced a Local Energy Programme, which supports local actors, community groups, local authorities and combined authorities to develop their own energy strategies and deliver their own energy programmes. Community energy is a key part of clean growth, showing what can happen when groups of people come together to de-carbonise energy in local areas, whilst also investing in these places to bring other economic, or social, benefits. Even small-scale projects can provide a valuable contribution to cutting greenhouse gas emissions.</p><p>The National Planning Policy Framework expects local planning authorities to recognise the responsibility on all communities to contribute to energy generation from renewable or low carbon sources. New tests were introduced into planning in 2015 to give local people the final say on onshore wind planning applications in England, which delivered on a manifesto commitment made by the previous Government. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>Funding to local authorities for concessionary travel is not provided in isolation, but as part of their Local Government Finance Settlement.
