I myself was pleased to visit the West Midlands and hear from local business representatives about Brexit.</p><p>We do not want or expect a no deal scenario, however, as a responsible Government we are preparing plans for a range of outcomes. We have already carried out very significant ‘no deal’ preparations and as part of this planning the Government has published 106 technical notices to help businesses and citizens prepare for March 2019 in the unlikely event of a ‘no deal’ scenario. These include notices on vehicle type approval, trading with the EU and classifying your goods in the UK Trade Tariff, among others. Specialist community services for people aged over 18 with eating disorders are commissioned by clinical commissioning groups (CCGs). NHS England does not hold information about all of the specific services commissioned by individual CCGs.</p><p> </p><p>We know that early intervention is vital and can prevent problems continuing into adulthood, that is why in 2015 the Government introduced waiting time targets to improve access to eating disorder services for children and young people.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is also investing £150 million to expand eating disorder community-based care and as a result 70 dedicated new or extended community services are now either open or in development. That is why there are two dedicated schemes designed to help local staff: the Ex-gratia redundancy scheme and the Intimidation policy. Since this ruling, senior officials from the UK and Mauritius have met on three occasions to discuss implementing the Award. In line with the Award, the UK will continue to work with Mauritius to agree the best way to meet our obligation to ensure fishing rights in the territorial sea remain available to Mauritius, so far as practicable. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2018 answer text <p>There is no Government policy precluding a human footprint in the Chagos Islands.</p><p><br>Sovereignty patrols of the Outer Islands are regularly conducted by British Forces. The British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) patrol vessel conducts regular patrolling of the Marine Protected Area (MPA) to combat Illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. <br>The British Indian Ocean Territory Administration (BIOTA) also grants permits to scientists who wish to conduct research in the Territory (subject to meeting relevant requirements).</p><p><br>A small number of permits for yachts are also issued, with strict conditions, by BIOTA to enable vessels to rest at specific anchorages in order to provide safe passage through the Indian Ocean.</p><p><br>The support package for the Chagossians, announced in November 2016, will also enable Chagossians to maintain a connection with the territory through an increased programme of visits to BIOT. More specifically:</p><p>The Provider shall perform the Services to meet or exceed the Performance Standards defined in the Statement of Requirements and the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined within the Performance Management Regime.</p><p>Service Credits associated with Provider performance failures against the KPI targets, shall be applied by the Authority from the Contract Effective Date.</p><p>Service Credits will be applied in the event of performance failures against KPIs, at a level commensurate with the Provider’s degree of failure against the relevant KPI. It is worth noting that much of their analysis was carried out before the improvements we announced at Autumn Budget 2017, and which were introduced earlier this year. The comprehensive and wide-ranging package worth £1.5 billion to help people in their first assessment period included, the abolition of waiting days, the introduction of advances up to 100% of a claimant’s indicative award (repayable over a period of up to 12 months), and a two week transitional payment for those previously claiming Housing Benefit.</p><p> </p><p>The Trussell Trust welcomed our changes in the Budget saying they would “ease the pressure on thousands of households on very low incomes” and “shows that Government is listening”.</p><p> </p><p>Earlier this month, we announced a new partnership with Citizens Advice and Citizens Advice Scotland to deliver Universal Support. We want to make sure that the most vulnerable people get the best possible support when claiming Universal Credit. Citizens Advice will help deliver a high-quality and consistent service to people claiming Universal Credit, to assist them manage their claim, get paid on time and budget effectively.
