	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2018 answer text <p>The policy of enabling requests for deletion of custody images is intended to strike a balance between the rights of unconvicted individuals, and the costs which the police would incur if they were required to delete such images whether or not the person requested deletion.
