<p>I wrote to all of the organisations set out in Section 6 of the report (NHS England,
NHS Improvement and the Care Quality Commission) asking them to confirm what steps
they were taking to implement the review's recommendations.</p><p> </p><p>Both my
original letters and copies of the responses from NHS Improvement, the Care Quality
Commission and NHS England have been shared with the Health Select Committee and are
attached.</p><p> </p><p>The Department is continuing to liaise with all of the national
bodies with responsibility for recommendations in the report.</p>
