However, players can access other types of gaming machine content on B2 gaming machines in betting shops (primarily B3) so we know that of this £1.8bn, a proportion (around 30%) is attributable to other gaming machine content. This is because industry data is categorised under the highest category of game available on that particular terminal. For example, if a terminal offers category B2 and B3 games, operators attribute all revenue to the B2 machine category.</p><p> </p><p>We therefore estimate that in total players lost approximately £1.2bn on B2 gaming machines in 2016/17 (detail can be found in the consultation impact assessment at: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/655970/Impact_Assessment_-_Consultation_on_proposals_for_changes_to_Gaming_Machines_and_Social_Responsibility_Measures.pdf ).</p><p> </p><p>More information on patterns of play on B2 gaming machines can be found at the following link:</p><p>http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/news-action-and-statistics/Statistics-and-research/Statistics/Cross-venue-machines-data.aspx</p><p> </p><p>The consultation on proposals for changes to gaming machines and social responsibility measures closed on 23 January. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/02/2018 answer text <p>DCMS is aware that a contract exists between the Marine Heritage Foundation (MHF) and Odyssey Marine Exploration and that MHF ​has also confirmed that there is no contractual arrangement with OME concerning any artefacts which may be recovered from the wreck of HMS Victory, which were not passed to MHF pursuant to a Deed of Gift dated 12 January 2012 between the Ministry of Defence and MHF. If any such artefacts are found, they will be notified to the Receiver of Wrecks to be dealt with according to law. However, in preparation for the upcoming Civil Society Strategy, we will be exploring the range of challenges and opportunities that face charities, including on the subject of leadership. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/02/2018 answer text <p>A digitally inclusive society is a key priority for the government, and everyone should be able to enjoy and exploit the benefits and convenience afforded to able-bodied people.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Ofcom is required under the Communications Act (2003) to set targets for the proportion of BBC output that should be audio described. Currently BBC channels (excluding BBC Parliament) are required to audio describe 10% of their programme content (except in the case of BBC News). Ofcom publishes reports on the provision of access services. The latest report shows that BBC channels comfortably exceeded their targets:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>https://www.ofcom.org.uk/research-and-data/multi-sector-research/accessibility-research/tv-access-services-2017</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>As Ofcom’s report shows, broadcasters in the UK already provide a high level of subtitling, signing and audio description which is available for scheduled programming, but there is still room for improvement. Through the Digital Economy Act 2017, the provision of access services (subtitling, signing and audio description) is being extended to on demand services.
