answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2017 answer text <p>Guidance to departments on the application of the Family Test to domestic policy was published on 31 October 2014.</p><p> </p><p>The criteria for assessing policies, including those which require primary legislation, are set out in the guidance.
