star this property answer text <p>An assessment was carried out in 2013, and showed that all monitored locations in the UK were well below the carbon monoxide (CO) limit value set for the protection of human health (10mg/m<sup>3</sup>). In addition, levels were below the lower assessment threshold (set at 5mg/m<sup>3 </sup>or 50% of the limit value). This established no ongoing requirement under the Air Quality Directive to continue monitoring for CO in ambient air in the UK. A core network of seven monitoring sites has been maintained to continue to observe ongoing trends.</p><p> </p> more like this
