The pilots will cover the West Midlands Combined Authority, Greater Manchester, and the Liverpool City Region.</p><p>This action builds on wider action that we have taken to achieve our manifesto commitment of halving rough sleeping by 2022 and eliminating it altogether by 2027. This includes:</p><ul><li><p>establishing the Rough Sleeping and Homelessness Reduction Taskforce, to drive forward the implementation of a cross-Government strategy;</p></li><li><p>allocating over £1 billion to prevent homelessness and rough sleeping through to 2020; and</p></li><li>implementing the most ambitious legislative reform in this area in decades: the Homelessness Reduction Act.</li></ul><p>The Department for Communities and Local Government publishes regular statistics on rough sleeping which are published at national, London and local authority level. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/12/2017 answer text <p>As part of our work preparing to make a success of our departure from the European Union, we are carrying out a broad range of analysis as you would expect a responsible Government to do.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Officials across government engage regularly on regional issues to ensure each department’s work programmes consider the impact of Brexit on regions and nations of the UK, including Yorkshire. In the last year three present and former DExEU ministers visited Yorkshire. In October, the Secretary of State and the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State Steve Baker met with the Northern Combined Authority Mayors in York. Prior to that, former Parliamentary Under Secretary of State Lord Bridges hosted a roundtable in Leeds with Yorkshire business leaders and visited a manufacturing site.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>As we move into the second phase of negotiations we are confident of agreeing a bold and ambitious Free Trade Agreement with the EU that is of greater scope than any such existing agreement. We believe that securing a future partnership between the UK and EU is in the interests of both sides, so we approach these negotiations anticipating success. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/12/2017 answer text <p>The Government is committed to supporting breastfeeding through the Healthy Child Programme, as the health benefits are clear for mothers and their babies. We would still like to see more mothers breastfeeding and doing so for longer and are working with our partners including Public Health England (PHE), NHS England and UNICEF to achieve this goal.</p><p> </p><p>The promotion of breast feeding is one of the six high-impact areas for health visiting, with health visitors supporting parents around infant feeding. PHE is working with local services to create breastfeeding friendly communities, with midwives and health visitors promoting best practice, and through the Start4Life campaigns to provide parents with trusted NHS advice. This includes the Start4Life ‘Breastfeeding Friend’ (an interactive Facebook Messenger ‘ChatBot’), and the Start4Life website. The latter contains a range of leaflets and resources available which professionals can order for free and provides a dedicated breastfeeding helpline.</p><p> </p><p>PHE and UNICEF UK have developed a toolkit to support commissioning of evidence-based interventions to improve breastfeeding rates across England, including provision of effective professional support to mothers and their families through implementation of the Baby Friendly Initiative in every maternity unit.
