The Government has introduced the Taxation (Cross-Border Trade) Bill which enables creation of a trade preference scheme. More than 40,000 foreign national offenders have been removed from the UK since 2010, and last year a record number of over 6,300 were removed. The package includes measures that we believe will help people who are experiencing problems with rights of way that cross their property. We have already undertaken to review these measures two years after implementation to evaluate how well they are working.</p><p> </p><p>Good progress has been made on drafting the various required statutory instruments and guidance, working with the Stakeholder Working Group who developed the recommendations for reform.
