During the September round of UK-EU negotiations, the UK made clear that it wishes to continue with reciprocal healthcare with the EU after the UK’s Exit. Our priority is to inquire about these specific allegations with Mr Johal in private. The Foreign Secretary raised the case with the Indian Minister of External Affairs on 23 November and Consular officials continue to reiterate our request for a private meeting with Mr Johal with the Indian Government. I raised this with the Indian​ High Commissioner in telephone conversation on 29 November. Our reforms will close down ageing and ineffective prisons and replace them with buildings fit for today’s demands. Our new prison estate will create the physical conditions for Governors to achieve better educational, training and rehabilitation outcomes.</p><p> </p><p>My officials are in regular contact with the Department for Communities and Local Government about the progress of the public sector land programme. The bids for the former Holloway prison and young offender institution have been received and we will be evaluating them. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2017 answer text <p>On 31 July Health Education England (HEE) published the National Health Service workforce plan for England; setting out concrete steps for delivering 21,000 new posts (professional and allied) across the mental health system, with the expectation that 19,000 of these places would be filled by staff employed directly by the NHS. The plan focuses on both new staff and on improved retention of existing staff, as well as new roles and new models of mental health care. HEE works directly with a number of partners, including National Health Service trusts, to assess demand and supply for clinical staff, and commissions programmes of education accordingly. The training curricula for postgraduate trainee doctors is set by the relevant medical Royal College, and continuing professional and personal development for registered professionals employed in the NHS is a matter for employers and those individuals.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has put in place a revised accountability and governance model for implementing the Autism Strategy in line with the Autism Act (2009). It has established a Workforce Development Task and Finish Group as part of this work, co-chaired by Health Education England and Skills for Care, which may consider the provision of training in autism diagnosis for clinicians in the NHS.
