	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2017 answer text <p>Policing, by its nature, can be a uniquely demanding job and it is the responsibility of chief officers in Northamptonshire and elsewhere – supported by the College of Policing - to ensure that good management systems are in place to support officers in their work</p><p><br>The Government takes the issue of police welfare very seriously and has invested in programmes which offer help directly to officers. For example, in July 2017, the Home Secretary awarded £7.5million from the Police Transformation Fund over three years to pilot and, if it is successful, fund a dedicated national service to help provide enhanced welfare support. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2017 answer text <p>The Government strongly supports the principle of family unity, and we have a comprehensive framework in place for refugees and their families to be safely reunited in the UK without the need for dangerous journeys.</p><p>Our family reunion policy allows children to join their refugee parents, and there are also specific provisions in the Immigration Rules that allow extended family members lawfully resident in the UK to sponsor unaccompanied children where there are serious and compelling circumstances.</p><p>We have reunited over 24,000 partners and children with their families under our family reunion policy in the last five years. At a national level, the National Crime Agency (NCA) is responsible for producing a national threat assessment on county lines based on information provided by individual forces and Regional Organised Crime Units and this includes child criminal exploitation. Under the disclosure rules, convictions and cautions received in youth are accordingly already subject to disclosure for significantly reduced periods in comparison to those received as an adult.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will be considering carefully the recommendations made by the Justice Select Committee in their report on the disclosure of youth criminal records, alongside the review by David Lammy MP into the treatment of, and outcomes for, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals in the criminal justice system. The Government is also considering recommendations made by Charlie Taylor in his review of the Youth Justice System in England and Wales as well as broader safeguarding considerations. The Government keeps filtering rules under constant review.
