The UK has joined other Council of Europe member states in a debate on the Yukos case within the Committee of Ministers whenever it has been on the agenda. The UK Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe raised our concerns directly with the Russian Permanent Representative on 11 October, and we will continue to call on Russia to abide by Court judgments.
